Spiritual Healing

Each human being is an expression of the one Cosmic Energy which is the power which creates, sustains and moves this universe in which we all exist and evolve. Our real nature is this energy.
Our physical body and mind are simply instruments through which this energy expresses itself on the the Earth plane. There is a tremendous divine power within each one of us which is waiting for recognition, development and empowerment in our daily lives.

We can use this energy creatively and positively in various ways. We can express its positive, constructive, with loving thoughts which vibrate out into the surroundings creating loving, peaceful healing atmosphere in which people, animals and plants will find themselves relaxing and becoming more and more their natural, beautiful, divine selves. We can express this energy through kind, supporting, loving, peaceful words which encourage others and help them to feel better about themselves and their lives. We can express this divine energy through actions of service and help others so as to help them overcome obstacles and re-extablish their health, happiness and harmony.
All these forms of expression are actually healing vibrations of various densities and frequencies which are  healing and recreating harmony for ourselves and our environment. We are either supporting our environment and the people around us through our positive thoughts,  words and actions, or we are adding to the unhappiness and illness around us through negative, fearful, egotistical thoughts, words and actions.
Thus we are all spiritual healers in the sense that we are all transformers of this universal undifferentiated energy into positive or negative thoughts, words or actions. Those who have negative thoughts, words or actions miss out on the harmonious flow of this energy. When this energy is lacking or not flowing freely we become ill physically or mentally, or the quality of life is considerably lessened.
This same energy is also the destructive power of the universe which destroys old forms so that new ones can come to birth and have space to grow so that evolution can take place. This process of destruction, creation and evolution applies to plants, animals, people, cultures, religions and political systems. It may work through illness, through fire or earthquakes or revolution or various other seemingly negative manifestations, but in reality it is an unavoidable and important part of the evolutionary process.
This same energy becomes the vehicle for the soul as it is leaving the physical body to function on its own, either during sleep or in astral travel or after the death of the physical body when the soul departs for other levels of consciousness.
