How about an all inclusive yoga retreat for two nights, a delightful combination of gentle yoga classes, sound healing sessions, breath and movement workshop, meditation practices, time in nature and various other activities that are sure to leave you relax and rejuvenated.  
Join us at Uluramaya Retreat Cabins,  only 45 minutes from Brisbane near the beautiful Glass House Mountains. Beautiful accomodation, chef prepared meals, serene mountain views, the perfect place to blend yoga and relaxation.
No yoga experience is necessary, all equipment and props are also supplied.

About the Facilitators

Catalina Tredwell has been practicing and loving yoga since 2002. She brings her natural scientific curiosity to her yoga teaching- blending anatomy knowledge with the teachings of yoga philosophy, breath work and energy. Catalina has undergone trainings under the guidance of world renowned yoga teachers, Simon Borg-Olivier and Donna Farhi. Catalina loves sharing her passion for yoga and welcomes everybody in her classes encouraging all to cultivate an open mind and a willing heart in a journey that begins with just a deep breath-in.

Tabatha Smith is a qualified and passionate yoga and meditation teacher. Her yoga teaching style is inspired by her study of Vinyasa, Restorative, Iyengar and Yin Yoga. Her meditation teaching style is life enhancing and instinctual. Into her teaching she weaves her experiences with joy, emotions, the senses, instincts and nature.
