Feeling playful and energetic? Elevate your practice with our signature Inspire vinyasa classes.
These VINYASA FLOW classes allow you to practice diverse and creative posture sequences from foundational through advanced poses and transitions. The breath will focus your mind and the movements will free your spirit.
Come with a desire to move, sweat, dance and play. Suitable for all levels, with variations and modifications offered to support newer students, whilst seasoned yogis will have the opportunity to explore depth in their practice.
Candlelight Flow- Friday 6:00pm
Candlelight flow is a sweet & meditative class with an deep emphasis on internalising the practice, as you connect with your body and move with your breath. This soulful flow practice gradually builds heat, strength & openness whilst allowing the mind to achieve deeper meditation, enhanced by the soft glow of warm candlelight.
The second half of the practice has a restorative emphasises and often includes deeper hip opening asanas & floor poses, as well as guided relaxation, yoga Nidra and Meditation. Open to all levels.

Slow Flow Meditation- Thursdays 9:15am
Feeling introspective and gentle? Stretch and release in these Slow Flows yoga classes.
A practice that allows time for your muscles, joints and mind to align, stretch, and release. In this class we first awaken the body with a slow yoga flow practice followed by a deep yoga nidra, guided relaxation and mindfulness meditation. All Levels welcome.
